James Berndt is an experienced Certified Financial Planner™ and Wealth Advisor who brings a strong foundation in comprehensive financial planning and investment management. He holds FINRA Series 65 license. James has previously worked with respected firms including Ernst & Young, where he developed a deep understanding of complex financial needs, including tax and multi-generational wealth strategies.
A Tampa native, James grew up in the area and continues to call it home. His parents also reside locally and have long-standing ties to the University of South Florida, deepening James’s connection to the community and the region’s values. James’s father, Donald is a professor in Computer Science at the University of South Florida. James is passionate about empowering clients through personalized financial guidance and is known for his clear, approachable communication style that helps clients make confident and informed financial decisions.
